Onboarding Policy

1.Guest Account Login:

When customers first access the platform, they will automatically be logged in as a guest account.

2.Upgrading to a Formal Account:

To upgrade from a guest account to a formal account, customers need to provide the following details:
■Phone Number
■Full Name
■Bank Account Number
■IFSC Code
During this process, customers will be prompted to set a password for their account.

3.Account Access Options:

On the Same Device:
■Customers can continue using the guest account on the same device without further setup.
On Any Device:
■To log in on any device, customers must use their phone number and the password they set during the upgrade process.

4.Password Recovery:

○If a customer forgets their password, it can be reset or recovered using the following steps:
■Provide the registered phone number.
■Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to the registered phone number.
This step-by-step process ensures that customers can easily transition from guest to formal accounts while maintaining security and access flexibility.
